SomersetFood.org are dedicated to discovering good food in Somerset, from the food producer to the restaurant table. Their website is managed by Sally Campbell, a Somerset resident with 20 years experience in the food industry, firstly in production and latterly in sales and marketing. Sally signed up for our ‘Introduction to cooking’ course:
